🔥 BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

4 lbs pork shoulder (or Boston butt)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for serving)
Optional: Coleslaw and buns for serving

Instructions:

Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
Place the pork on the grill or smoker, and cook for 8-10 hours until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (the meat should pull apart easily).
Let the pork rest for 30 minutes, then shred it using two forks.
Toss the shredded pork with BBQ sauce and serve on buns with coleslaw, if desired.
